HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Easy peasy! Just add the products you like to your shopping cart and click on the Checkout or Paypal button. If you are buying multiple products, click on the cart icon at the upper right corner of the page to start the checkout process.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, shoot us an e-mail us at hello@lepiggywiggy.com within 24 hours with your order number and explain why you'd like to cancel your order. Please understand that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All our prices are in United States Dollars, and we only take payments in USD. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer (through Paypal).

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

Please read the description of each product and measure yourself to know the size. Please note that Asian sizes tend to be a bit smaller.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Send us an e-mail within 30 days after receiving your order with your order number at hello@lepiggywiggy.com and explain why you would like to return your order. Our Customer Service Team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE?

Please email us within 7 days after receiving your order with your order number at hello@lepiggywiggy.com and any photos of the defect. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be credited back to your payment method 7 to 10 days after the refund approval.
