Question: I ordered some days ago. Where is my order?

When your order was shipped, we sent you a confirmation email. You can find a tracking code next to every product in the e-mail. Clicking on each code will take you to a tracking page. Please check our estimated delivery times at our shipping information page before writing us. If your estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please be patient and rest assured your order will arrive.

 

Question: Where can I find size information? What size should I get if my waist is XX inches/cm?

Please note that all our products have a sizing chart at the bottom of each product page. 

Question: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept as payment methods MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay. At the moment we cannot accept Cash on Delivery payments.

Question: How much is this product in this currency?

All our prices are in US dollars. When you place an order, your bank will convert the price to your local currency using the rate of the day. We do not charge any commission.
